1. Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the State of Arizona. Tickets may not be purchased in the name of a minor.

2. The Congregation Or Tzion Raffle Drawing will take place on March 31, 2024 at 16415 N 90th St, Scottsdale, AZ. The winning tickets will be hand-drawn from all raffle tickets sold. The raffle winner need not be present.

3. Tickets can be purchased for $75 each, three for $200, or five for $300. Payments may be made by check, credit card or Zelle. Contact Congregation Or Tzion at 480-342-8858 for details. A maximum of 400 tickets can be purchased.

4. Congregation Or Tzion staff, board members, and volunteers shall be eligible to purchase tickets only to the extent that they have the same odds of being chosen as members of the public.

5. Three prizes will be awarded: Grand Prize is two (2) tickets to both the semi-finals and finals at State Farm Stadium on April 6th and April 8th 2024. Seat location is Section 116, Row 12. Second Prize is a 65 inch large screen TV. Third Prize is a $250 gift certificate to Mastro’s Restaurants.

6. The winner will be notified by email and/or by phone by Congregation Or Tzion within two (2) days of the drawing. If the prizes are not claimed within three (3) days of notification, the prizes will be donated to Congregation Or Tzion.

7. Raffle winners must present a valid driver’s license or other government identification to claim prizes. Winner of the grand prize will be required to supply their name, address, and social security number to claim the prize.
